What is the refund/return policy?
Important! Must read: It is the customers responsibitly to be clear about and have read this section or no solution will happen. We will try to do our best to work with you on case by case basis and try to respond within 3-5 business days.. and at the very least but not guarantee partial refund.
Please note this is a Made to Order Artist store and items are not mass produced. This a very small mom and pop type store and can not afford in most cases to replace or refund items.
Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If you have a design you would like made we are happy to work with you. We only do original designs.
If there is an issue with your order we will be happy to work with you to come to a solution, if possible. Since all the art items are handmade/printed, there may be varitations between or even within an order.
Items purchased from the store are in most cases not returnable. This is due to the fact that the additional Artists working with UrBen Essentials has been paid a commission on the purchased item.
Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, we cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size.
When contacting us with an issue, please be sure to include photos for our reference. You may contact us with your pictures and comments.
All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, UrBen Essentials does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.
